Hello, I dont see instructions in the manual on how i can connect a slab sensor for zone1 (downstairs hydronic infloor heat) and then zone2 upstairs for my lifebreath hydronic furnace.

Is my two seperate zone situation possible with this Tstat?

Recap:
I want zone1 heat calls to come from the slab sensor, that is to turn on my vitodens boiler and groundfos pump for the infloor.

Next want upstairs zone 2 heat calls to come from the tstat room temp, which turns on the vitodens boiler and turns on the lifebreath furnace fan and the groundfos pump inside the furnace.

Of note: I have the furnace, infloor pump, and vitodens meeting up at a Taco502 dual zone relay working fine, but i have this honeywell tstat only doing zone2 heat upstairs and a basic tekmar tstat running zone1 slab sensor heat.

Id like to run both zones off the honeywell if possible. Is it?

Manual located here: https://customer.honeywell.com/resources/techlit/TechLitDocuments/69-0000s/69-2057EFS.pdf

Thanks in advance!

Bill

The THX9000 is designed to control multiple stages feeding a single zone.

There are only a few thermostats which can use a slab sensor.

    Thats what I thought.

    Thank you!

Does anyone have any recommendations on a thermostat that does dual zone with a slab sensor and has a remote that can be used as a temp sensor for one of the zones?

Check out the Tekmar 400 series House Controls. Might even work with your stat depending on what model it is.
