Usual "O" ring leak. Too bad no one caught that years ago. Could have saved the homeowner some $$$$

I had a blown out section on my weil mcclain boiler. Previous owner didn't take care of heating system. Venting sucked, piping was horrible, leak in return. Corrected most of it, with the last small section to be finished before replacing wall & sheetrock.

Terrible feeling to have a bad boiler, specially when winter is on it's way.
