Rinnai stepped up

Customer called for a service on the Rinnai E75 C boiler I installed four years ago. I show up to find this. The insulation for the low loss header covered up a leak that was probably there for a while. I called Rinnai and they sent a new low loss header out free of charge. Even though the warranty on boiler components is two years. I insured the new one now that I know better won't leak by taking every factory installed component off and new tape and pipe dope on everything. Kudos to Rinnai one the best customer service departments I have ever dealt with.
