and her husband, Tim, bought a 100 year old house today with hot water heat. I'm so proud of them...for choosing the right heating system. Tim also happens to be my apprentice so he can get plenty of practice on his own system. The cast iron radiators are just begging for TRV's with 1/2" home-runned Pex-Al-Pex back to manifolds in the boiler room along with a Grundfos Alpha.

    What are they doing for ac n indoor air quality? Sound like a steam humidifider is in the future on a 100 year old house.alll the best to the young couple.

    Yes steam is nice too. Lol. But I prefer hot water. It doesn't hurt as much when you bump into the piping. Lol
