Air bubbles in site glass

I put my system(Richardson) in vacuum to see if it is anymore effective, but on shut-down after several minutes I noticed air bubbles every 5-6 seconds in site glass. Any idea as to why? My guess, maybe a valve leak???

    It's the sight glass packing, bottom drain, or lower valve packing.
