We had a Lunch and Learn webinar for the RPA today, and it was on Phase Change Materials, a.k.a. PCM's. These can be adjusted to change phase anywhere between 0 C and 60 C. My thought is that with these tied into a TBS, and set to activate at around say 50 or 60 degrees F, making these storage batteries DOUBLE effective. Phase changes at the top and bottom of their temperature range.
It's not so much a case of "You got what you paid for", as it is a matter of "You DIDN'T get what you DIDN'T pay for, and you're NOT going to get what you thought you were in the way of comfort". Borrowed from Heatboy.
