    The first question I ask is, "Do you have enough hot water now?"

    If the answer is yes, then even a CDN040 will do the job on DHW.

    You need to get rid of your boiler and put in central air and duct work. Thermo Pride is the best furnace IMO and pick your choice of AC and maybe pick one with a heat pump.

    A gallon or two of gasoline and a match work too.

    Bottom line...find a contractor you TRUST and go with what he or she says. Everyone here has an opinion but, we won't be working on your unit, your contractor will.

    Out of everything you listed I would say go with Buderus or Burnam and maybe consider an EK(this is my opinion but, it may be too much for what you want). I would also add an injection system to protect your boiler from condensing but, the life of your chimney would be another story.
