Great boiler with about 7000 hours on it.  The controls on the Lochinvars are really good with a low mass system sensor or using the integrated outlet sensor.  The unit is in great shape.  I'm looking to sell the unit because the contractor installed way too much boiler to service our building's small loads.  The unit is in San Francisco.  PM me if interested.
