radiant heat loss calculation?

Paul SPaul S Posts: 535Member
Hey everyone....when doing a heat loss calculation on a home that will be using radiant heating (staple up job) can I use a regular heat loss calculation that I would use on a baseboard job for example Slant Fins heat loss express? Or is there another calculation specifically for radiant heating thank you Paul S

Heat loss calc only calculates the amount of heat needed(or heat lost) to warm a room/building.  It doesn't matter what system you tend to use in your house as it doesn't take any of that into consideration.
