Thanks for taking my questions in advance:

1. Home is in the U.P of Michigan, sits right on Lake Superior only heating is a wood burning stove, needs furnace for heating. It has 2 floors, only heating bottom floor 2000 sqft,. In the middle of the living room (25x25) it has a vaulted ceiling going about 40 ft. It will be using LP gas I'm thinking it will need a 100 BTU furnace or maybe 120 BTU? What do you think?

2. House is in UP of Michigan sits right on lake Superior, heating is an oil furnace which is about 45 years old, house is that old and windows are single pane 1200 sqft It will also be using LP gas. I'm thinking it will need a 90 t0 100 BTU furnace, what do you think?

    Furnace

Could be any size from 10,000 to 1,000,000 BTUH. You need to perform a proper heat loss to find out.

Ae you a contractor or homeowner?
