Do these Gov-Board (or Burnham Baseray) radiators comes apart?

We have a Governale Gov-Board radiator that is indentical to Burnham Baseray. One section seems to be leaking. Radiators is only 5 yrs old. Do these tend to come apart easily so I could change a section myself? Thanks. Dave
