Powermate

I broke down and baught the powermate le-1 at the Naohsm show today.  To me the deal was to good to pass up.  I can't wait to put it to use.  Being a one man show I get tired of having to depend on getting a helping hand all the time.

I will be waiting to hear how you like it

I can not get Da to part with the cash, things are still a monarchy on certain expenses still. At the cost I will need to run one infront of him to show its worth. Is that the Aluminum model?
Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.

    Powermate

Yes. It is the LE-1.  Dave from powermate was demonstrating it at naohsm.  He was selling the units he was using for the show.  Brand new only used at the show for a good amount less than what you pay normally.  I had to plead with my wife so I could get it.  I figure the powermate would be cheaper than the doctors bills if I pull out my back.

Or lost work hours due to a

hernia or damage to a stair way due to losing your grip. I am all for it. Since I am divorced I do not have to ask the wife, thank goodness, but as the son in Garrity and Son I still need to get it passed the boss. I went through the same thing for the Up-Z-daisy I got for pulling submersible pumps. Took four years to get that passed him but now I could not see doing pumps without it.

I know I will be using it in about 2 weeks on a boiler replacement job.  Pulling out an old weil mclain 6 section (might have to bring it out in 2 pieces because I think it weighs more than the max. 650lb capacity) and will be installing a Vitrond 100 with the kw2.
