Logamatic Setting Questions for Buderus - Curves Very Low

<span style="font-size:12pt">I was wondering if someone could review the settings on my Logimatic, as our Buderus Boiler/HWH seems to be operating inefficiently.  Gas usage in summer is at $300/month and winter at about $900/month.  This seems very high.  Also, curves have very low numbers (see below)</span>

<span style="font-size:12pt">System has LT-300 HWH, G334X/73 Boiler, Logimatic R 2107 and outside thermostat.  It has one circuit, single pump, and no room sensor.  House is 7,000 square foot two story ranch house in Westchester NY (north of NYC).  Heating is primarily Slant Fin baseboard (7 zones) and one air handler (hydro air)  located adjacent to the boiler.  House is wood construction with good insulation.</span>

<span style="font-size:12pt">Logimatic  is set at automatic, using the “Family” setting.  At present, recirculation is set at 3x.  We like piping hot water for bath and pot filling.  Someone is usually in the house 24/7.</span>

<span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style="font-size:12pt">We would like to know the ideal, efficient settings for the Logimatic and, if applicable, boiler & HWH.  If relevant, would like to know for each season.</span></span>

<span style="font-size:12pt">Three items of note:</span>

<span style="font-size:12pt">1.</span>       <span style="font-size:12pt">In summer, the boiler temperature during the “day” hours is usually at 176.</span>

<span style="font-size:12pt">2.</span>       <span style="font-size:12pt">Often the boiler temperature as measured by the Logimatic is 20 -30 degrees different from the temperature as shown on the gage of the boiler.</span>

<span style="font-size:12pt">3.</span>       <span style="font-size:12pt">Please take particular note of the heating curve numbers at the bottom, and the reference and offset  temperature setting.</span>

<span style="font-size:12pt">NOTE HERE THAT WE HAVE BOTH AIR HANDLER AND  RADIATORS, AND APPLICATIONS MANUAL  SUGGESTS 0 DEGREE OFFSET FOR RADIATORS, AND 9 DEGREES FOR AIR HANDLERS</span>
