Boiler Combustion Air

in THE MAIN WALL
My boiler requires 50,000 SCFH of gas and the blower fan is sized for 10,000 CFM at 11 in wc that is pulling combustion air from the space. The boiler room is land locked in the building and incredibly negative. I need to recalc the combustion air requirements. Do I use the 10K from the fan or the gas load requiorment of 1 CFM of forced air per 2400 btu?
